Shipping from Türkiye All products are shipped from our facility in Türkiye via freight partners (currently Navlungo). We ship both small parcels and pallet quantities.

Customs & Import Duties

• Deliveries are made on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms
• Import duties, customs fees, and VAT are the responsibility of the customer
• Our EORI-registered shipments ensure smooth customs processing
• You may be contacted by customs or our freight partner for payment before final delivery

Product Classification Our diatomite-based soil improvers are non-hazardous materials and comply with international shipping regulations.
