About Agri-Talya & Kozok Limited

Section 1 – Who we are

Kozok Limited is a UK-registered company based in London. We use Great Britain as a bridge: a place where innovation in soil and plant systems can be tested, documented and then shared with growers and partners in other regions.

Agri-Talya is our agronomy-focused brand. From our UK base we:

  • work with technical teams and manufacturers in Türkiye and beyond,
  • curate a portfolio of soil improvers and biomineral inputs, and
  • translate complex data into clear, field-ready information for farmers, advisers and distributors.

Our ambition is international from day one: the UK is our launch market and our regulatory anchor, but our thinking and partnerships are global.

Section 2 – Our brands: Mezetto and Agri-Talya

Mezetto

Mezetto is our first brand: a UK-based online store that started with Turkish-language books and carefully selected lifestyle products for families, schools and libraries. It reflects our interest in education, culture and community.

Agri-Talya

Agri-Talya is our specialist brand for:

  • geothermal diatomite-based biomineral soil improvers, and
  • a growing set of evidence-backed soil and crop inputs from Türkiye and other countries.

Diatomite and silicon are at the core of our current work, but we are not limited to a single origin or a single product. Over time, Agri-Talya will host a wider portfolio of proven soil improvers and compatible technologies, provided they meet our evidence and compliance standards.

Both brands sit under Kozok Limited and share the same values: transparency, quality, respect for end users and long-term thinking.

Section 3 – Our technical roots and awards

Agri-Talya's first product family is built around geothermal diatomite deposits in Türkiye and the expertise of a specialist Turkish team who have spent years developing field protocols.

This team has been recognised with first-place awards in the plant nutrition category in both 2024 and 2025 at national agricultural innovation competitions in Türkiye. These Growtech awards highlight:

  • long-term field work on cereals, vegetables, orchards and olives,
  • the specific way geothermal diatomite and alginic acid are combined and applied, and
  • measurable benefits for soil water behaviour, structure and stress resilience under real farm conditions.

Through Agri-Talya, Kozok Limited acts as:

  • the UK and international commercial representative for these biomineral technologies, and
  • a hub for trials, data and protocols, adapting them to local conditions in Britain and other markets.

Section 4 – How we choose and position our products

We are clear about what we bring to market and how we talk about it.

Product selection principles

For any soil improver or related input to enter the Agri-Talya portfolio, we look for:

  • a clear technical rationale (for example, physical soil improvement, silicon availability, water behaviour),
  • field or greenhouse evidence beyond small pot tests,
  • realistic, non-exaggerated expectations about what the product can and cannot do, and
  • a regulatory pathway that is workable and responsible in our target markets.

We are open to products from Türkiye, the UK, Europe and other regions, as long as they fit these criteria.

How we position products

Most of our current work uses geothermal diatomite-based biominerals that we position as:

  • soil improvers / soil conditioners,
  • designed to support soil physical properties, water behaviour and plant-available silicon,
  • intended to sit alongside good agronomy – not to replace fertilisation, irrigation or crop protection decisions.

We do not present these products as:

  • fertilisers in the strict legal sense (unless a product is explicitly registered as such),
  • pesticides, biocides or plant protection products,
  • feed additives, food supplements or human health products,
  • "miracle" inputs that guarantee specific yields in every situation.

All examples and figures on our website are shown as trial and case-study results under specific conditions, not universal promises.

Section 5 – Compliance and product stewardship

As we build a global portfolio from a UK base, our approach to compliance is conservative by design.

Regulatory framing

  • For each product family, we define the intended regulatory category (for example, "soil improver" or "growing media component") before we think about sales.
  • We work within the relevant customs and product-safety frameworks in Great Britain and in any other country where we actively market products.
  • For natural mineral products, including diatomite, we pay particular attention to:
    • classification under customs and fertiliser/soil improver rules,
    • "natural substances" concepts under chemical regulations such as UK REACH, and
    • any local guidance on soil amendments and growing media.

Documentation and safety

  • We maintain up-to-date Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and technical specifications from our manufacturing partners.
  • For each product family, we prepare a Product Safety & Handling Guide in plain language for general users.
  • More detailed technical and analytical information is available for agronomists, distributors and regulators on request.

Global, but grounded

As our portfolio expands beyond geothermal diatomite and beyond Turkish-origin products, we will:

  • keep the same evidence-first, compliance-first filter,
  • adapt documentation and labelling to the requirements of each market we operate in, and
  • avoid making claims in one country that would be misleading or non-compliant in another.

Section 6 – Our mission

Our mission with Agri-Talya is to:

  • help growers and advisers deal with water stress, soil degradation and climate pressure using practical biomineral and soil-improver tools,
  • connect innovative materials and protocols from Türkiye and other regions with farms in Britain and internationally,
  • make complex science and regulatory language understandable and usable at field scale, and
  • build a portfolio that is respected not just for its products, but for its honesty and documentation.

In short: we want to make advanced soil-improver technologies usable, explainable and trustworthy.

Section 7 – Our vision

We see Agri-Talya as:

  • a trusted reference point for diatomite-based and related biomineral soil improvers,
  • a partner that can help growers, co-operatives, merchants and buying groups design small, smart trials before they scale up,
  • a brand that uses the UK as a launch and learning platform, but thinks in terms of Mediterranean, European and global challenges, and
  • a bridge between research, manufacturing and real farms, rather than a simple "import–export" channel.

If we succeed, Agri-Talya will be known less for big slogans and more for careful, steady work that stands up to scrutiny.

Section 8 – Our commitments to growers and partners

When you work with Kozok Limited and Agri-Talya, you can expect that we will:

  • be clear about what our products can realistically support – and where their limits are,
  • share protocols, context and data instead of using isolated numbers,
  • respond quickly and honestly to questions from growers, advisers and regulators,
  • respect your data and commercial confidentiality, and
  • prioritise long-term trust over short-term sales.

Section 9 – Important notice

The information on this website is provided for general information and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice, regulatory advice or a complete agronomic recommendation for any specific farm or region.

Growers and buyers should always:

  • consult their own agronomist or adviser before making major changes to fertiliser, irrigation or crop-protection programmes, and
  • check local regulations, assurance schemes and market requirements when introducing new inputs.

Full product documentation, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and detailed technical sheets, is available from Kozok Limited on request.

Compliance FAQ

How are Agri-Talya products positioned?

Our core products are geothermal diatomite-based biomineral soil improvers. We position them as soil improvers / soil conditioners that support soil physical properties, water behaviour and plant-available silicon. They are designed to sit alongside good agronomy, not to replace fertilisation, irrigation or crop protection decisions.

What are your products not?

Unless clearly stated otherwise, we do not market our products as fertilisers in the strict legal sense, nor as pesticides, biocides, plant protection products, feed additives, food supplements or human health products. Any performance examples on this site are presented as trial and case-study results under specific conditions, not guaranteed outcomes for every farm.

How do you handle safety and documentation?

For each product family, we keep current Safety Data Sheets (SDS), technical specifications and a plain-language Product Safety & Handling Guide. More detailed technical and analytical information is available for agronomists, distributors and regulators on request.

Is this page legal or agronomic advice?

No. This page is for general information and education only. It is not legal, regulatory or agronomic advice for any specific farm or region. Growers should always consult their own adviser and check local regulations and scheme rules before making major changes to their inputs or practices.
